Permanent exhibition: An historic moment
On 28th December 1895 the Lumière brothers present in the Salon Indien, situated underneath the Gran Café in Paris, the first paid public performance with their invention: the Cinematograph. The public leave amazed and surprised. The projections are very successful from the first day and quickly spread throughout the world.
